Steiner Education believes that rhythm and form are intrinsic for the well being of the child and hence the school day and year is based on rhythm. Regularity and punctuality are the intrinsic part of this rhythm as they help to develop a healthy respect for work and study in children.

Attendance at school is therefore compulsory except in cases of illness or special circumstances which have the prior approval of the class teacher and the respective head of departments.
